R-Car Open Access (RoX) Development Platform

ADAS software is complex, and teams need to validate it before final hardware is ready. RoX (R-Car Open Access) is Renesas' open development environment for R-Car, giving engineers the tools to design, test, and deploy ADAS and software-defined vehicle (SDV) applications more efficiently. The RoX Virtual Platform helps engineers develop and test software in a virtual environment, supporting earlier integration, faster debugging, and more efficient workflows across ADAS and SDV development. By enabling software reuse and reducing reliance on physical prototypes, it helps shorten development cycles and lower risk.
